Go College

Dear Callie,

The release last week of "The Great College Hoax" at Forbes was just the latest to discuss the unmanageable debt load that students have been taking on as they pursue their dream of a college degree. Based on the alarming trend and the ongoing lending practices that could only be described as predatory, at GoCollege.com we recently created a basic, free in-depth primer written for college students: The Student's Guide to Personal Finance. We also followed that up with an interview with Kai Davis of the University of Oregon, a fifth-year senior who will graduate this spring with zero debt.

Please read the following:

Students Guide Personal Finance

Given your ongoing commitment to providing college preparatory advice to your readers, we wanted to call your attention to the guide and zero debt post.

Thanks and have a great week.
