NeighborHood Christian Centers Volunteer Opportunities


Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities


LoveBuilders/LoveBuilders Kids- 3rd or 4th Friday each month (6pm-9pm)
LoveBuilders and LoveBuilders Kids offers monthly family enrichment programing designed to help promote and support healthy marriages and families through fun activities, Biblical lessons, and keynote speakers. Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve dinner, facilitate fun children’s activities, serve as keynote speakers, set up and clean up, and more. 


NCC Youth Christmas Party- Thursday, Dec. 3 (6pm-8:30pm)
Each Christmas, NCC hosts a special Christmas Party to reward the hundreds of youth that participate in the year-round educational and empowerment programs. This event includes a special Christmas dinner for the youth and their parents, a Christmas program, and Christmas gifts. Volunteers are needed to help set up and clean up, prepare and serve dinner, and pass out Christmas gifts. 

Compassionate Kids: Family Afternoon of Service- Wednesday, Dec. 9 (5:30pm-7pm)
NCC’s Compassionate Kids event offers a unique opportunity for children to volunteer with their parents. During the event, kids and parents will assemble and pack Christmas Meals Baskets to be given to families in need. Those interested can sign up to attend with their children. A $25 registration fee is required. 

Christmas Basket Packing- Saturday, Dec. 12 (Shifts Available) – Location TBA
Each Christmas NCC provides over 10,000 Christmas Meals Baskets to families to ensure they have food on Christmas. Hundreds of volunteers are needed to help assemble and pack the boxes with the food items. 

Christmas Basket Distribution- Saturday, Dec. 19 (Shifts Available) – Location TBA
Each Christmas NCC provides over 10,000 Christmas Meals Baskets to families to ensure they have food on Christmas. Volunteers are needed to help load the meal boxes onto trucks and pass them out at NCC’s 6 centers to be distributed to the community.
