Are You Preparing for College? If Not, Please Read and Share with Others!

This posting will provide you with information on how to prepare for college and the resources needed in order to be successful now and during the peak period of January 15th which is one of the major college/university application processing dates. At least 70 to 75 percent of the colleges/universities utilize this date as their application deadline date. Many high schools throughout the country are on Christmas break and will not be back in school until January 7th.

It is important that the Class of 2016 continues to work throughout the break and submit their request for Transcripts on the first day they get back to school after the break. If they can request letters of recommendation from their teachers and/or counselors via email prior to getting back in school, please do so. Also make sure that you give your references a copy of your resume so that they can create favorable and competitive letters that can be submitted with their college application packet. Please note that preparing for college is similar to a beauty pageant without the beauty.

It is my hope that you do not break the posting but use the link so that all of the information can be intact and that when you share it they get everything needed to be successful in the college preparation process.
